I'm Dr. Marquette (mar-key-ta) Jamison, DHA. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, where I currently reside. I am the mother of three children, two boys, one girl. I am the proud grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren, a grandson and granddaughter.​ I live by the guiding principles that your mindset fuels your growth, you don’t need a title to lead, your brand matters, resilience is your greatest asset and we rise higher when we rise together.

At the heart of who I am and all that I do is the woman who raised me—my mother. She was my earliest source of motivation and inspiration, my first teacher, my fiercest cheerleader and the woman who saw my light long before I fully understood it myself. She challenged me to be better, to rise above my flaws and face my shortcomings with courage, always reminding me that personal growth begins with honest reflection. She never let me settle, always encouraging me to confront my flaws with grace and to grow through what I go through. Her love was both nurturing and bold—she believed in pushing me toward excellence, not perfection. She quite often told me that who I am today— a compassionate leader, a generous spirit, an inclusive soul, a natural caregiver who shares freely and cares deeply—is who I’ve always been. My mother saw that in me early on and nurtured it, encouraging me to lead with heart and serve with purpose. Her love and guidance continue to shape every step I take and every life I strive to impact. Her words and wisdom shaped me, and her legacy lives on in everything I do, especially in the way I uplift and support others.

Her belief in me helped shape my purpose, and her influence continues to echo through every life I touch. This journey I’m on, empowering others and helping them transform, is deeply rooted in the love and legacy she poured into me.

 

A simple moment from my childhood forever shaped how I lead, serve and show up for others. . .I was the one sharing my popsicles on a hot day, making sure no one around me felt left out. What seemed like a simple act back then was actually the beginning of my leadership journey—rooted in inclusion, empathy, and the desire to lift others up. Over the years I went from popsicles to power moves, owning my superpowers and finding my purpose. 
 

I hold three degrees, a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, which are layered with several certifications and various trainings.

Coupling real world experiences, I bring both academic and practical insight, I am committed to empowering others to boldly embrace their value, expand their voice, and step into leadership with confidence. I always speak from experience and a deep belief that success is not given, it’s claimed. ​​

With over 35 years of experience across various diverse industries and a multitude of skills and experiences, I have built a career rooted in resilience, growth and impact. I bring a unique lens to leadership support that blends emotional intelligence, operations expertise and forward-thinking strategy.

Throughout my career, I have mentored and trained others, helping them to navigate corporate structures, elevate their confidence, own their professional journey and build their brands. My passion lies in showing others how to lead without a title. Consistently demonstrating that my influence, leadership and success are not tied to position, but to purpose, ownership and vision.
